Class notes:

- A reminder to those students who are attending the Playtown trip tomorrow: Please bring a labelled disposable water bottle, snack, and wear gym uniform as usual.

Healthy Snack

Math - Capacity - Today the students learned about full, half-full, and empty.  

 Students used manipulatives to fill jars to be full, half-full, and empty.

Recess/ Lunch

Morning Circle – Calendar: days of the week, months of the year songs. Today’s weather, dress for the weather.

Language- Sight words - Today the students learned two sight words: a, and 

As a class we sounded out the word and spelled it.  Then, students wrote the word, recognized it in a word scramble, and then built the word.
